Coughlin Named "Director of the Year"

Dun & Bradstreet Chairman of the Board, Christopher Coughlin, will be honored later this evening by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) as Director of the Year. Geneste Quits Dun & Bradstreet

Dun & Bradstreet today announced the departure of Mark Geneste, the company's chief sales officer. "I thank Mark for his contributions to Dun & Bradstreet," said Bob Carrigan, President and CEO of Dun & Bradstreet. "He played an important role in globalizing our sales and service organization, and strengthening our solutions-based selling to meet new customer needs." On an interim basis, the global sales and service team will report to Carrigan. Geneste joined Dun & Bradstreet in August 2013 as sales leader for Europe and has served as chief sales officer since February 2014.

Dun & Bradstreet Take Christy on Board

Dun & Bradstreet nnounced today the appointment of Cindy Christy, president and chief operating officer of Asurion Corporation, to the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. In this role, Christy will share her broad experience and functional expertise with management in the areas of product development, operations, compliance, market research, management, strategy, and sales. Dun & Bradstreet to Focus on Core Commercial Strategy

Dun & Bradstreet will acquire the entirety of Dun & Bradstreet’s ANZ business, including consumer risk and debt collection, and commercial solutions, for AUD $220 million. As part of the agreement, pending regulatory approval, Credit Data Solutions will become a partner within Dun & Bradstreet’s Worldwide Network to continue to provide commercial solutions in the region. This decision supports Dun & Bradstreet’s long-term growth strategy. Essar Ports Profit Jumps 15%

Essar Ports Limited today announced its unaudited results for the full year and quarter ended March 2015. ·         Essar Ports takes over the Vizag Iron Ore outer harbor terminal with 2 berths on 14th May 2015. Essar Ports Q2 FY15 Net Profit Up

Essar Ports Ltd. (Essar Ports), part of the Essar, today announced its unaudited results for the quarter ended September 2014. *Revenue for the quarter increased by 1% at Rs. 435.3 crore as against Rs. 431.6 crore during previous quarter (Q1 FY15)and  increased by 7% from Rs. *EBITDA for the quarter increased by 4% to Rs. 361.4crore from Rs. 346.8 crore during the previous quarter (Q1 FY15) and increased by 9% from Rs. *Net Profit for the quarter has increased by 4% to Rs. 96.1crore from Rs. 92.2 crore during the previous quarter (Q1 FY15) and reduced by 1% from Rs. *Earnings per Share as at Q2 FY15 were at Rs 2.25. Good Performance by Dun & Bradstreet in 3Q 2014

Dun & Bradstreet, the world's leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses, today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014. "We continue to make good progress against our strategy and we are beginning to build momentum on our top line," said Bob Carrigan, President & CEO of Dun & Bradstreet. Free cash flow for the first nine months of 2014 was $237.6 million, compared to $263.0 million in the prior year similar period; net cash provided by operating activities for the first nine months of 2014 was $276.7 million, compared to $299.3 million in the prior year similar period. ONGC was honored with the prestigious corporate award – ‘The Dun & Brandstreet Corporate Excellence Award’ for its stellar management and leadership on May 28,2014. ONGC received the award for excellence in the Oil and Gas Production sector.
