Eniram Opens Office in London

Eniram Limited, a  provider of fuel-saving technology and data analytics to the shipping industry, has announced that it is expanding its European operations by opening a new office in Central London. "Our new office is located in the heart of the London shipping community at 4 Lombard Street adjacent to Bank Underground at Bank Interchange, with easy access to many of our present and future customers,” said Captain Jan Wilhelmsson, Vice-President Commercial Shipping, Eniram.

Eniram to Provide Boil-off Management for LNG Sector

Eniram Limited, the Finnish provider of energy management technology and data analytic services to the shipping industry, announced that it is releasing an onboard and onshore Boil-off Management Tool designed for LNG carriers.   Eniram’s Boil-off Management Tool enables officers both onboard and onshore to understand and monitor the actual boil-off for LNG carriers. The company states it is the first in the world to quantify and provide a Boil-off Management Tool for the actual measured boil-off, based upon real onboard data.

Effects of Hull Fouling on Cruise Ships Study

Eniram collected data from + 60 cruise vessels & 38,000 sea days to highlight the financial impact of fouling across different sea areas. Eniram Limited, the Finnish provider of real-time decision support solutions for the shipping industry, has revealed its analysis on the effects of hull fouling on cruise vessels in different sea areas. This study also takes into account the impact of washing and dry docking on fouling by using data from over 38,000 operative sea days complemented with temperatures and salinity databases. Eniram’s landmark study on 60 cruise ships (90-120.000 GRT) sailing through a variety of sea areas is one of the most comprehensive of its kind due to the volume of data collected and high frequency of observations, up to 25 per second.
