EOC Takes Full Ownership of OSVs

On 26 August 2014, EOC Limited agreed to acquire 50% of the entire issued share capital of Lewek Antares Shipping Pte. Ltd. (the "Target") , a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore, from Konquest Marine Pte Ltd ("KMPL"). Completion of the Acquisition shall take place on or around 28 August 2014. Prior to the Acquisition, the Target was jointly owned by KMPL and Ezra Holdings Limited ("Ezra"), the largest shareholder of the Company, in a 50-50 proportion. Singapore's Ezra Holdings Profits Rocket

Ezra informs that it has sustained another quarter of growing revenues and improving operating performance with fiscal 9M 2014 revenues crossing the US$1 billion mark. Ezra, a leading contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas (O&G) industry, adds that it achieved a record revenue of US$1 billion for the nine months ended 31 May 2014 (“9M14”), a 24% increase from US$842.9 million in the previous corresponding period (“9M13”). Revenue for the three months ended 2014 (“3Q14”) has also outperformed previous year (“3Q13”), increasing 27% to US$402.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the Group grew 144% to US$125.4 million and adjusted profit after tax turned from a loss of US$43.5 million in 9M13 to a profit of US$25.0 million in 9M14.

Ezra to Consolidate EMAS Marine into EOC

Ezra Holdings Limited today announced plans to consolidate its Offshore Support Services division, EMAS Marine, into its associated company, EOC Limited, which is listed on the Oslo Børs, Norway. Upon completion of the transaction, the enlarged EOC Group will be one of the largest offshore support operators in Asia Pacific by asset value, managing an offshore services platform comprising over $1 billion in offshore support assets. Its diverse and versatile fleet of 50 offshore vessels is among the youngest in the region. The fleet has a combined bollard pull of almost 4,000 tons, more than 37,000 dwt and a total of almost 350,000 BHP, making it one of the strongest and most powerful in the region, with capabilities to operate globally at ultra-deep water depths.

EMAS Wins Subsea Projects Worth More han $125M

EMAS, the operating brand of Ezra Holdings, a global offshore contractor and provider of integrated offshore solutions to the oil and gas industry, today announced that the group has been awarded subsea construction and offshore support contracts in Asia Pacific and West Africa with a combined value exceeding $125 million, including options. Following contract wins in January, EMAS AMC continued its momentum with subsea contracts awarded in West Africa and Asia, including a deepwater pipeline installation project in the South China Sea.

EOC's FPSO Sale Completion Extended

The intended sale completion of EOC's majority equity interest in the owning and operating of the FPSO 'Perisai Kamelia' (formerly known as 'Lewek Arunothai' has been put back to 31, August 2013. The vessel is to be sold according to an earlier agreement between to Perisai Petroleum Technologi BHD (Perisai) from EOC Limited. Labuan, Malaysia (being the state of incorporation of one of the Target Entities) relating to the transfer of shares in a Labuan-incorporated company, the Company and Perisai have agreed that completion of the FPSO Sale will be extended from 15 August 2013 to 31 August 2013. EOC Limited offers offshore floating production services that support the full life cycle of offshore oil and gas (O&G) production.

EMAS to take delivery of FPSOs from Keppel Shipyard

EMAS Production is set to take delivery of one of Vietnam's largest Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels from Keppel Shipyard Limited (Keppel Shipyard), on behalf of owner PV Keez Pte. Ltd (PV Keez). To be managed and operated by EMAS Production, FPSO Lewek EMAS has been chartered by Premier Oil Vietnam Offshore B.V. for the development of the Chim Sáo field off southern Vietnam for six years, with a further option to extend the charter by another six years. The FPSO charter contract is one of only seven signed worldwide in 2009, and is worth approximately US$1 billion.

Keppel O&M Clinches More Contracts

Keppel Offshore & Marin Ltd (Keppel O&M), through its subsidiaries, Keppel Shipyard Limited (Keppel Shipyard) and Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS), has secured contracts worth $114.8m for a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel conversion, a Derrick Lay Barge completion and the life extension of a semisubmersible rig. Tong Chong Heong, CEO of Keppel O&M said, “As market sentiments liven up, we are receiving more enquiries with some new contracts materialising in the last quarter of this year.

Keppel Shipyard to Deliver FPSO

FPSO Lewek Arunothai is the first FPSO Keppel Shipyard has completed for EOC.

Keppel Shipyard is on track to delivering FPSO Lewek Arunothai to EOC Limited (EOC) for a South East Asian client. The 725,000 bbls storage FPSO was named at a ceremony on June 21. FPSO Lewek Arunothai is the first FPSO that Keppel Shipyard has converted for EOC. The first part of the vessel’s refurbishment and life extension was carried out at Subic Shipyard in the , while the engineering, procurement and topside fabrication were in progress in . The vessel then sailed to Keppel Shipyard to complete the remaining conversion and integration of topside works.
