Eolfi , a French developer specialised in floating wind projects, has appointed Vincent Fromont as Chief Executive Officer. Vincent Fromont, 47, is a senior onshore/offshore oil and gas executive with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.Vincent has various business and operational senior leadership roles, working for market’s leaders such as JGC, Subsea 7 and TechnipFMC, both in France and abroad. Vincent holds a Master’s degree of Technologies and Management from Ecole Centrale de Paris, a Bachelor (BA) of International Business Administration from the European Business School (Paris) and Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.

Carl Fredrik Grosland has joined Nordic American Tankers as Vice President, working on analyses, projects and business development. Reporting to Chairman & CEO Herbjørn Hansson in a staff position, he will also work closely with others both in NAT and NAO (Nordic American Offshore Ltd.). Grosland has 12 years of international banking experience as an analyst and broker, focusing mainly on the energy/offshore and the shipping sector. Working from out of New York at the time, he has played a key role in a number of major equity and debt transactions. For several years he was a partner and board member of the investment banking firm of Pareto Securities Inc. (New York). Going forward, he will focus on the U.S., the Far East and Europe with base in NAT's Oslo office.

Andrea Metzger has been appointed Managing Director of Geodis Logistics Northern Europe, an entity grouping the logistics activities of Geodis in Belgium, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands. Andrea Metzger is a graduate of European Business School. She began her career at Price Waterhouse then moved on to Dyckerhoff AG before joining Geodis in 1999, as Financial Director and then as Managing Director of Geodis Logistics in Germany. Her remit is to consolidate Geodis growth in the strategic region, home to the large ports of the North Sea.
