Gas Tankers Stranded near Russia due to Crimea Bridge Restrictions
Several tankers loaded with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) have been unable to cross under Russia's Crimea bridge due to security restrictions, traders said on Friday, prompting suppliers to use other routes out of Russia.The 12-mile (19 km) road and rail bridge, which was personally opened by President Vladimir Putin in 2018, was bombed in October in an attack Russia said was carried out by Ukraine. The bridge spans the Kerch Strait linking the Black Sea with the smaller Azov sea. Kyiv never claimed responsibility for the bombing of the bridge on the morning of Oct. 8, a day after Putin's 70th birthday. Russia's Federal Security Service said the attack was organized by Ukrainian military intelligence.

Salekhard hosted today an awarding ceremony of the winners of the Make the World Cleaner contest of childrenâs drawings and crafts, organized by the Directorate of the Federal Service for Supervision over Natural Resources Use for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area with the support of Gazprom Dobycha Nadym. Rosneft Recognized Leader In Contribution To Environmental Protection
Rosneft won international public award The Tree of Ecology in the category of âCompany leader in contribution to environmental protection measuresâ during the celebration of world environment day, the Ecologist Day, and a 10th anniversary of Federal Service for Supervision of Nature Resources in Grand Kremlin Palace. The event organized by Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage and Environment Protection Fund âNatureâ brought together officials, members of Russian Academy of Sciences, leaders of environmental non-governmental organizations. In the 2009-2014 timeframe, cumulative costs of Rosneft on environmental protection measures amounted to 125 billion rubles.
