Mouvex Celebrates 110 Years

Mouvex, part of PSG, a Dover company and manufacturer of positive displacement pumps, is celebrating its 110-year anniversary in 2016. Headquartered in Auxerre, France, Mouvex was founded in 1906 by engineer André Petit when he identified the challenges that gear and lobe pump users were facing in optimizing their process and invented the eccentric disc pump as a result. Since that time, Mouvex has become a worldwide leader in positive displacement pumps and compressors for the transfer of liquids and dry bulk products within the hygienic, chemical, energy, military and transport industries. Mouvex became part of PSG in 2008, and now has operations on five continents with a global network of distributors and original equipment manufacturers.

Phoenix Debuts EcoMod 450 Floodlight

Phoenix Products Company Inc. introduced the EcoMod 450, the latest edition to the company’s EcoMod Series of LED floodlights. With an output of up to 41,250 lumens, the EcoMod 450 replaces up to 1,500W HID floodlights and easily retrofits to existing Phoenix installations. Numerous optical packages are available ranging from wide flood to very narrow spot optics. Phoenix Presents SturdiLED Floodlight

Phoenix Products Company, Inc. announced the SturdiLED Series. The mid-level LED floodlight offers an AC or DC driver with multiple output options ranging from 1,600-2,900 lumens. The two optical packages, 28° and 45°, accommodate a variety of applications including davits, life raft stations, embarkation lighting, deck winch lighting, deck mounted cranes (OSV, PSV), and various other demanding marine applications. Phoenix utilizes marine-grade die cast aluminum housing with a powder coat finish for additional protection against corrosion.
