Grant Pecoraro, is the U.S. managing director for naval architecture and marine engineering company Incat Crowther. The Australia-based firm’s Incat Crowther USA arm has been in business for over 10 years, and the broader Incat Crowther group is approaching 50 years in business. To date, Incat Crowther has delivered more than 650 vessels, with 130 vessels currently on the order books.Please give an overview of Incat Crowther’s U.S. presence as well as its offering to the American market.

Incat Crowther Opens Europe Office

Incat Crowther reported it has opened an office in Europe. Located in Southampton, United Kingdom, the office has been created to support a growing European client base and meet the demand for Incat Crowther’s products and services in the region, the company said. The Incat Crowther Group has reported significant growth as a result of a strong track record, robust and innovative vessel designs and consulting services, the company said. The office in Southampton is a reflection of this growth and is the third new office opened in recent years (following Lafayette, USA and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). The European office will initially offer design and support forspecialized high speed aluminium ships including passenger vessels, and specialist vessels for the offshore and renewables markets.

Incat Crowther Opens Brazil Office

Incat Crowther announced the opening of an office in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, created to meet the growing demand for Incat Crowther’s products and services in South America while placing Incat Crowther at the center of the South American Offshore Oilfield industry. The Incat Crowther Group said it has experienced significant international growth as a result of a track record of diverse vessel designs and unique consulting services. The office in Brazil is a reflection of this growth and will initially target specialized high speed aluminum ships for the local offshore support market.
