Wille Named President of All American Marine

Bellingham, Wash. shipbuilder All American Marine (AAM) has promoted Ron Wille to the role of president.AAM's business development manager since 2018, Wille brings to the role considerable maritime industry experience, having previously managed and directed large company operations. He has also worked on tugboats that specialized in commercial towing and ship assist in Southcentral Alaska. Of particular note, while Wille worked at Kenai Fjords Tours in Seward, Alaska, the company purchased and operated three AAM hydrofoil-assisted catamarans.A licensed merchant mariner…

Wille, Lamb Joined All American Marine

U.S. boat builder All American Marine announced it has hired Ron Wille as Business Development Manager and Bronson Lamb as Marketing Manager.Wille brings to the position 25 years of experience in the maritime industry, the last 15 of which were gained at Kenai Fjords Tours (KFT) in Seward, Alaska, where he served as both operations manager and general manager.Lamb previously started a marketing and advertising agency in New York, of which he is still a partner and advisor. His professional background also includes a position at commercial marina in Mayport, Fla. and seven years in the film and television industry in New York City as a producer and editor.

Alaskan Waters Sightseeing Catamaran Ordered

CIRI Alaska Tourism Corporation (CATC) orders a 150-passenger catamaran for KFT to add to its 12-vessel fleet, with delivery in early 2014. CATC is making investments in its Seward-based Kenai Fjords Tours operation as well as at its Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge. Designed by Teknicraft of New Zealand and constructed by All American Marine in Bellingham, Wash., the new vessel will join two sister ships, the Aialik and Orca Voyagers. The ships' design offers stability, spacious seating, wrap-around viewing decks, oversized, fog-free windows and LCD video monitors.
