MacArtney, Moog Focal in Expansion Mode

Moog Focal Technologies Corporation and the MacArtney Group have agreed to intensify their multi-service partnership aiming at expanding their long-term business cooperation in favour of their extensive customer portfolio. MacArtney has accepted responsibility for the in-field sales and after-sales support of Focal products in the commercial marine markets of the north-west region of North America via its office located in Victoria, BC in Canada. Representing a wealth of marine experience and knowledge and having many years of experience attending to Focal products, the MacArtney Group considers the strengthening of their Focal business relations quite essential.

Okeanus to Represent MacArtney Group in Brazil

Underwater technology provider MacArtney Group has signed an agreement with Okeanus Ltda. to be the group's official representative in the Brazilian market, MacArtney Group announced today. This is the third such deal MacArtney Group has signed in the South American in the last six months, following agreements with Cledirsa in Uruguay and Alakaluf in Chile. MacArtney Completes 40 FPSO Swivel Projects

In its capacity as Focal - MOOG Components Group representative in Scandinavia and Holland, the MacArtney Group has recently passed a momentous system delivery milestone. Since the partnership was initiated, MacArtney has facilitated the sale and delivery of more than 40 Focal swivel solutions to offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels operating across the world. FPSOs are offshore production facilities that house both processing equipment and storage for produced hydrocarbons.

Oceanology International China Paves Way for 2014 Repeat

University of Kiel Acquires CORMAC Winch

The MacArtney Group announced the delivery of a CORMAC 4 Stainless Steel Winch system to the Institute of Geosciences at the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel. The winch system, which was acquired through German MacArtney Group member, MBT GmbH, will be put to use aboard various research vessels, hereunder the R/V Alkor, which is operated by the GEOMAR Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research Kiel. For use with diver helmets, MacArtney holds a wide range of LUXUS brackets in stock. This includes bracket types that are fully compatible with professional diver helmet brands, including industry standard Kirby Morgan models. UK Ocean Technologies Expo Biggest Yet

Ocean Business 2013 at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton will welcome 300+ worldwide companies to its upcomeng show.
