Superior Unveils Mobile Ship Loading Conveyor

Superior Industries, a U.S.-based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, recently developed a new model TeleStacker Conveyor for loading dry bulk cargo ships. This multipurpose, highly mobile conveyor incorporates truck unloading and ship loading capabilities into a single machine.“Since expanding our TeleStacker Conveyor to marine-based applications in the early 2000s, we’ve collected hundreds of data points, design preferences and functional requirements from operators and engineers,” said Scott Gulan, sales manager at Superior.

Moody's Changes Hapag-Lloyd Rating to Stable

Moody's Investors Service has changed to stable from negative the outlook on the B2 corporate family rating (CFR), the B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) and the Caa1  senior unsecured rating of Hapag-Lloyd AG. Concurrently, Moody's has  affirmed the ratings assigned to the company including its B2 CFR, B2-PD  PDR and Caa1 senior unsecured rating. Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, Hapag-Lloyd AG is the fourth-largest  container shipping company in the world measured in TEU. During 2014,  Hapag-Lloyd reported revenues EUR6.8 billion.
