Huntington Ingalls Industries has announced that its Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) division has officially opened its new Apprentice School, located at 3101 Washington Ave. in downtown Newport News. Shipbuilder Turns a Hand to Charitable House Building

Huntington Ingalls Industries announces that its Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) division turned over keys to the 10th Habitat for Humanity home the shipyard has constructed in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg. Since 2002, NNS has partnered with the organization to build homes for families in the community.
