MOL (America) Inc. said that Michael Checchi will enter the position of vice president, area operations, where he will lead MOL’s equipment, intermodal services, contract management, and operations administration groups for the United States and Canada. He will report to Richard Craig, executive vice president for sales and operations. Checchi served as the director of intermodal operations for OOCL for the past 13 years where he directed rail and motor carrier services procurement.
