Spanish multinational oil and gas company Compañía Española de Petróleos (Cepsa) has renewed its agreement with ExxonMobil for the manufacture, distribution and supply of Mobil-brand marine lubricants in more than 130 ports in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar.Cepsa produces MobilGard lubricants at its plant in San Roque (Cadiz). News: C-Map Names Distributor of Singapore ENC Data
C-MAP has been appointed an Official Distributor of Electronic Navigation Charts (ENC) produced by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) Hydrographic Department. This announcement was made after C-MAP Norway signed an agreement with the MPA. The MPA has been a pioneer in the development of ENCs and is one of the few hydrographic offices that offer complete ENC coverage of national waters supported by an updating service. The waters of Singapore are subject to continual change due to weather and environmental factors. As a result, the MPA surveys the Singapore waters continually. This survey data is collected and included in its navigation chart database on a weekly basis, resulting in a uniquely updated chart database.
Simrad and Suzuki Collaborate on Distribution Deal
Simrad U.K. has been appointed as the official distributor of Suzuki Brand products into the U.K. and Ireland. The distribution deal allows Simrad to stock and sell Suzuki Marine products in both markets, greatly expanding the huge choice that Simrad already offers the fishing industry. Suzuki manufactures a range of low-cost searchlight Sonars and Echosounders, which perfectly compliment Simrad’s existing fishing product line.
