Gunvor Emerges as Winner in Rosneft's Jumbo Oil Tender

Trading house Gunvor, which has been selling assets in Russia, has again emerged as the winner of a semi-annual Rosneft tender, traders said on Tuesday.   They said Gunvor would lift from 200,000 tonnes to 500,000 tonnes of Russian Urals crude per month from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk in October-March.   Rosneft declined to comment. The traders said that the company has not officially sent the tender results to the winners.   Traders also said that Chinese Unipec would lift 140,000 tonnes of Urals from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk.   The results of tender for 80,000-cargos were not immediately available.     (Reporting by Gleb Gorodyankin; writing by Vladimir Soldatkin)

Mexico Approves 5 Shallow Water Areas in Round One Oil Tender

Mexico has approved the terms for five shallow water areas containing around 355 million barrels of oil equivalent as part of its Round One tender to open up the country's oil fields, the country's energy regulator said on Friday.   The whole of Round One covers areas including the Chicontepec basin and the Perdido area, as well as shallow and deep waters, and sees investment of up to $50.5 billion between 2015 and 2018, the energy regualtor said in November.     (Reporting by Adriana Barrera, Ana Isabel Martinez, Christine Murray and Joanna Zuckerman Bernstein; Editing by Simon Gardner)

YPF Tenders to Buy Fuel Oil for June

State-run oil company YPF launched its second fuel oil tender in April, this time to buy two 50,000 metric ton cargoes (some 375,000 barrels each) to be received in June and supplied to domestic thermoelectrical companies, according to a document seen by Reuters on Thursday. The fuel will be delivered to Cammesa, Argentina's electricity market administrator, while the 90,000 barrel per day (bpd) Campana refinery undergoes a maintenance to its key operational plants, including crude distillation units, a delayed coker, a catalytic cracker and a reformer. YPF bought a previous fuel oil cargo earlier this month that will be received from May 26 to June 1.
