Pérez y Cía Acquires Harren & Partner's Caribbean Feeder Services

Spanish shipping and logistics company Pérez y Cía has agreed to acquire CFS Caribbean Feeder Services from the German shipping company Harren & Partner.A press release from CFS quoted Peter Harren, Founder and Managing Director of Harren & Partner as saying: "“I am very proud and pleased that we have reached this agreement. Pérez y Cía is a highly respected company known for its quality, expertise and experienced employees. It is the reliable long-term partner we were looking for. We believe that this acquisition will give CFS a very strong position for the future. CFS will continue to provide its excellent services and still operate as a separate brand.

OIG Group Sells MV Blue Giant

Bremen-based shipping company Harren & Partner announced the acquisition of the offshore construction vessel, MV Blue Giant for an undisclosed price from the English operator, OIG Group. Harren & Partner’s Offshore Department, headed by Robert Fowler ([email protected]) will be responsible for managing the vessel. Harren & Partner to Acquire SAL Heavy Lift

Bremen-based shipping company Harren & Partner and "K" Line, Tokyo, have reached an agreement for Harren & Partner to acquire German carrier SAL Heavy Lift today (27 July 2017). SAL will become the new dominant player in the super heavy lift segment (900 t to 2,000 t crane capacity). SAL Heavy Lift, founded in 1980 in the "Altes Land" area near Hamburg, is one of the world's leading carriers specialised in the sea transport of heavy lift and project cargo. Its offshore subsidiary, SAL Offshore, develops and supplies installation solutions for the oil & gas and renewables sectors. Part of the "K" Line Group since 2011, SAL has access to a highly flexible fleet of 15 heavy lift vessels and a worldwide network with offices and agencies in 25 countries.

Nautilus Forms Strategic Partnership, Secures Vessel

Toronto, Ontario, April 13, 2011 - Nautilus Minerals’ plan to open a new frontier of seafloor resource production has taken a major step forward, with the formation of a strategic partnership with German shipping company Harren & Partner (“Harren”). A joint venture company (the “Vessel JV”) is to be formed to own and operate a production support vessel which will serve as the operational base for Nautilus to produce high grade copper and gold ore at its first development project, Solwara 1, in the Bismarck Sea of Papua New Guinea (“PNG”).
