Navico to License Sonar Tech to Raymarine

Navico Holding AS, parent company to the Lowrance, Simrad and B&G brands, announced today that it has resolved the dispute with Raymarine Inc. through a license to Navico's patented DownScan sonar technologies. Raymarine and Navico have mutually agreed to dismiss all patent litigations and disputes between them. The terms of the patent license and resolution are confidential. navico.com

Raymarine Partnership with American Boatbuilders Association

Raymarine Inc., a marine electronics supplier, announced the renewal of its long-standing Preferred Supplier of Choice agreement with the American Boatbuilders Association (ABA). Raymarine New C-Series Widescreen

Raymarine, Inc. introduced its new line of C-Series Widescreen Multifunction Displays (MFDs) to the U.S. market. The new MFDs expand the power of multifunction navigation with larger, higher resolution displays, increased performance, expanded networking and video integration. Widescreen technology offers more viewing area and larger split window configurations, enabling boaters to view more navigation data, increasing situational awareness while navigating the open waters. The C-Series Widescreen line is available in three sizes of sunlight viewable color displays: the 9" C90W, the 12" C120W and the 14" C140W.
