Merdith “Bo” Temple, a retired U.S. Army General and leading authority on public sector engineering and related construction programs, has been named Senior Board Advisor to Tesla NanoCoatings, a leading producer of high-tech, anticorrosive coatings for the military and oil and gas industry. Temple joins Tesla NanoCoatings with more than 20 years of senior executive experience managing complex, multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects. For nearly a decade, he held numerous senior-ranking positions within the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Jim Hannon is Chief, Operations and Regulatory Division for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). He also provides leadership and oversight for activities within the USACE Lakes and Rivers and North Atlantic Regional Integration Teams. Hannon is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers and was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in July 2010. Fetter New Director of Halcrow Navy Programs

Halcrow announced the addition of Robert Fetter, PE, CAPT, CEC, USN (ret) as director of navy programs for Halcrow in North America. In this newly created position, Fetter will be responsible for building upon Halcrow’s relationship with the U.S. Navy and its engineering operations. Fetter is a retired Civil Engineer Corps captain who brings more than 25 years of Navy facilities management and capital improvement experience to Halcrow. He has extensive federal acquisition experience with a proven track record of team building, process improvement, and cost savings. His expertise is wide-ranging and includes skills in the areas of, project management, planning and asset management, facilities management, energy efficiency/sustainability, and investment strategy.
