Raytheon Company deliver more than 6-million lines of software to the U.S. Navy for the DDG 1000 Zumwalt-class destroyer program. Part of the Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE) -- the integrated mission system for the DDG 1000 class -- the software delivery supports ship activation and combat system testing, set to commence this year. German Pilots Choose SevenCs Software

German Pilot Associations choose SevenCs to Develop Portable Pilot Unit Software. Five German Pilot Associations for the Elbe, Emden, Hamburg, Jade/Weser II and Kiel Canal I (Brunsbüttel)  have chosen Hamburg-based maritime navigation specialists SevenCs GmbH to supply their Orca Pilot Portable Pilot Unit (PPU) software. CargoWise Appoints Owen Senior

CargoWise, a technology supplier for logistics service providers, has announced the appointment of Owen Senior as General Manager of Development.  Based in Sydney, Australia, Senior will lead all software development teams and has ultimate responsibility for the company’s global software development program and all technical project management activities. Senior brings a wealth of experience in developing high-quality enterprise software solutions and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems, which he will look to leverage in his new role.
