Keppel Infrastructure Sheds Facilities Arm

Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd (KI), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement for the sale of its entire stake in Keppel FMO (KFMO) to Cofely GDF SUEZ for a cash consideration of S$44.72 million, subject to a post-closing adjustment for working capital and a deferred consideration amount of up to S$9.72 million. KFMO provides integrated facilities management services for clients across various industries and business segments in both the public and private sectors. The purchaser, Cofely South East Asia Pte. Ltd. is a subsidiary of the GDF SUEZ Group. Cofely GDF SUEZ is one of Europe's leading facilities managers, involved in the design, implementation and delivery of integrated facilities management solutions.

Michel Sirat Appointed CFO of CMA CGM Group

CMA CGM Group has appointed Michel Sirat to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer. With degrees from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris, the Ecole Centrale of Paris and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Sirat began his career at the French Treasury Department, followed by a posting at the International Monetary Fund, in Washington D.C. MOL Delivers Shuttle and Regasification Vessel

The second shuttle and regasification vessel (SRV) co-owned by Höegh LNG and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. was completed at Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea and delivered to the GDF Suez group on June 1, 2010. It will serve on a long-term charter contract between the parties. GDF Suez Cape Ann is the second of two SRVs that were constructed to provide LNG transportation services to the Neptune LNG Deep Water Port off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts, USA, which was commissioned in early 2010, as well as to other GDF Suez projects around the world.

The first shuttle and regasification vessel (SRV) co-owned by Höegh LNG and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) was completed at Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea, and was delivered to the GDF Suez group on November 30, 2009. It will serve on a long-term charter contract between the parties. GDF Suez Neptune is the first of two SRVs which was constructed in order to provide LNG transportation services to the Neptune LNG Deep Water Port off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts, U.S. – to be commissioned in early 2010 – as well as other GDF Suez’s projects around the world.
