Troy Container Line Expands Services in Ireland

NVOCCTroy Container Line, Ltd. announced the launch of its newly expanded export services to Ireland. The new EMERALD ISLE EXPRESS sailing service will begin on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from all USA CFS stations to a choice of three Ireland-based CFS stations with door-to-door delivery options throughout 96 cities. The new fixed day sailings will allow Troy Container Line to reach a broad range of destinations across Ireland. Troy Container Lines Secures Rotterdam Agent

American-owned NVOCC Troy Container Line announced it has secured a new agent partnership agreement with Rotterdam-based NVOCC NVO Consolidation for both LCL and FCL import and export consolidation services.   “NVO Consolidation has an all-star team of logistics professionals from the Rotterdam market,” commented Chris Hellow, Troy’s COO of Imports. “I am very excited about this new partnership and looking forward to working closely with the NVO Consolidation team to further enhance services in the Rotterdam market.”   In announcing the agreement, Troy Container Line said it anticipates continued demand as a full service provider to and from Europe, and will continue to develop services in this trade lane, as well as around the world.

Troy Container Line VP to Retire

Walter Gimbert, vice president of Troy Container Line, will retire from the company as of May 14, 2015, after more than 20 years of service, the company announced today. “An inspiration to the entire team, Walter’s imprint on the company will continue to influence the company for years to come,” commented Patricia Fitzgerald, Troy’s COO of exports. “Walter’s immeasurable contributions to Troy Container Line have led to the establishment of new services and growth of personnel,” added Michael Cadden Troy, founder and CEO of Troy Container Line.

US NVOCC Adds LCL Imports from Malaysia

Troy Container Line launches new direct import service from Port Kelang to NYC   American-owned NVOCC Troy Container Line today announced a new direct LCL import service from Malaysia to New York.   The company said it will now offer an enhanced import logistical solution from Port Kelang, also known as Port Klang, to the northeast in addition to pick-ups throughout Malaysia.

Troy Announces Italy Express Service

Troy Container Line has announced an improved express service from Genoa, Italy to New York. Along with its partner Combi Line International Spa, the companies will now offer a 10-day transit from Genoa in addition to pick-ups throughout Italy. The recent announcement, along with its export consolidation services to Italy, solidifies Troy’s standing as a full service provider in this region. NVOCC Expands Presence in South Atlantic Market; Adds Ninth New Service in 2013. Troy Container Lines Expands South America Service

Troy Container Line, one of the world’s largest American-owned NVOCCs, announced plans to open new services to and from Bolivia; San Antonio, Chile; Callao, Peru; and Paraguay. The recently added South America services will begin with a maiden voyage on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Troy Container Line’s increasing presence in South America further supports the company’s mission of offering competitive rates and the fastest transit times to a growing international customer base. In October 2012, Troy worked with Argentinian-based agent MSL to initiate services to and from Buenos Aires, Rosario and Córdoba, as well as Montevideo, Uruguay and Santos, Brazil.
