Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services Equips Fleet with Fueltrax Fuel Management System

Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services (RVOS) has chosen to outfit its entire fleet of vessels with the Fueltrax Electronic Fuel Management System (EFMS) to ensure accurate fuel usage transparency and emissions tracking.RVOS, a JV between Rawabi Holding, a diversified conglomerate of Saudi Arabia and Vallianz Holdings Limited of Singapore. It provides offshore support vessels and integrated offshore marine solutions to support the global energy industry.RVOS is initially outfitting nearly half of its fleet with the EFMS after a trial of the system that concluded in late 2021.

Building a Battery Hybrid SOV is the Aim of Vallianz, Royal IHC MOU

Vallianz Holdings Limited entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Royal IHC to design and build a next generation service operation vessel (SOV) to support offshore wind farms.Designed by Royal IHC, the battery hybrid SOV will house advanced levels of integration and autonomy, designed to be ready for true zero emission operations by using full battery offshore charging system and alternative fuels for propulsion.The SOV will have a dynamic positioning system, a motion compensated gangway and crane, an elevator tower as well as a daughter craft with step-less boat landing.

RVOS Retrofits Fleet for DP Ops

Saudi Arabia’s Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services  (RVOS) has contracted Netherlands-based Praxis Automation Technology to deliver dynamic positioning systems for its fleet of offshore support vessels (OSVs) operating out of the country. Vallianz Bags $ 458 Mln in Charter Renewals

Vallianz Holdings Limited a fast growing provider of offshore support vessels and integrated marine solutions to the oil and gas industry, has signed new contracts valued up to US$458 million that has lengthened the charter duration for 19 of its offshore support vessels currently deployed to an existing customer in the Middle East, which is one of the world’s largest national oil companies (the “NOC”). UOC Invests $10 Mln in Vallianz

Singapore-listed Vallianz Holdings Limited, that provides offshore support vessels and integrated marine solutions to the oil and gas industry, has received an investment of $10 million from institutional investor fund United Orient Capital Pte Ltd (UOC). According to its filing to the Singapore Exchange, Vallianz will issue 10 million convertible preference shares at an issue price of USD1 each to UOC under the subscription deed. Vallianz said the net proceeds of $9.5m will go towards fleet expansion, with the remaining going to replenish general working capital, adding that the existing bank facilities and working capital available to the group are sufficient to meet current requirements.

Rolls-Royce is a ubiquitous and growing force in all matters maritime, inching toward the one-stop-shop premise. It is particularly well known in the deck machinery sector, and it recently signed a deal with Detroit Chile SA to supply offshore cranes to nine PSVs under construction at Detroit Brasil Ltda. shipyard, in Itajaì, Brazil. The order includes nine ship sets of the dual draglink crane, making 18 cranes in total.

MacGregor Secures Deck Machinery Orders from Sinopacific

MacGregor has signed a new series of deck machinery orders for 12 vessels with the China-based Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group. This builds on a track-record of contracts that now stands at 150 shipsets of equipment successfully delivered and installed at Sinopacific yards. The orders were booked into the third quarter 2014 order intake. "These orders demonstrate Sinopacific's confidence and satisfaction with MacGregor equipment and its services," said Francis Wong, Vice President, Segment Sales, MacGregor Offshore.

Sinopacific Shipbuilding Win Order to Construct 4 SPA60 vessels

Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group (SINOPACIFIC) has recently signed a contract with Singaporean company Vallianz Holdings Limited (Vallianz) for the construction of 4 SPA60 vessels. The vessels will be built in SINOPACIFIC’s Zhejiang Shipyard and all of them are expected to be delivered from the end of 2014 to the beginning of 2015. It is the first order SINOPACIFIC has gained from the Southeast Asian market for its in-house “SP-design”, which is a testimony to the steadily increasing reputation of the “SP-designed” vessel in the industry. SINOPACIFIC is currently one of the few Chinese shipbuilding enterprises that have independent design capabilities from conceptual design through to production.
