IYC Sells Motoryacht 'Dividend'

IYC have negotiated the sale of the motoryacht constructed in 1998 by West Bay SonShip.

IYC announce that Frank Grzeszczak and Frank Grzeszczak Jr. have sold Dividend.The yacht was listed with Whit Kirtland, CPYB with Bradford Marine Yacht Sales, representing the seller.

The 84 ft (25.6 m( Dividend was built in 1998 to accommodates eight guests in four double staterooms each with en suite head and shower. She is  a semi-raised West Bay SonShip pilothouse motoryacht with a partially covered walk around promenade deck. These builders are known for blending old-world craftsmanship with modern joinery techniques while equipping yachts with current, modern technology, navigation, communication and entertainment electronics, appliances, lighting, mechanical and electrical marine systems.
