KOTUG said Tuesday it had, via its Guyanese subsidiary KOTUG Guyana strengthened its position in Guyana with the arrival of three additional Offshore Terminal Tugs to support ExxonMobil Guyanaâs offshore operations.With the arrival of KOTUG-owned âSD Graceâ, âSeaways 20â and âSeaways 22â, KOTUG will operate a total of five offshore terminal tugs in Guyana.The vessels predominantly provide support (âtanker lifting operationsâ) to the large crude oil tankers that are loading crude oil from ExxonMobil's producing FPSOs in the Stabroek fieldâŚ

For several years Sanmar Denizcilik Makin eve Ticaret Ltd., of Istanbul, Turkey have been building a successful line of RAmparts 3200 Class tugs, to a design by Robert Allan Ltd., Naval Architects of Vancouver, B.C.
