NOTIFIER by Honeywell has announced a line of fire alarm systems that deliver robust, reliable fire protection for a broad range of marine applications, supported by a worldwide network of experienced Engineered Systems Distributors (ESDs). Following a rigorous series of tests, NOTIFIER's Marine ONYX® systems have approval for Marine applications from USCG (U.S. Coast Guard), Lloyd's Register, and ABS (American Bureau of Shipping).
The Marine ONYX systems provide fast, effective fire protection fit for virtually any nautical environment, including oil platforms, luxury yachts, support craft and ships of every kind. The systems feature added protection against airborne particulates, moisture and electrical RF (radio frequency) interference commonly found in harsh marine environments.
