Jaya Welcomes New President to Offshore Division

Max Hartvigsen has been appointed by Jaya Holdings Ltd. as the organization’s new President of the Offshore Division, effective immediately.  

Max will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for business development, profit and loss for the fleet of owned and chartered vessels, and operational excellence of the fleet, including technical management, operational requirements and client management.

Hartvigsen holds a Masters of Science in Shipping, Trade and Finance from the City University London, a Master Maritime Course from Vestfold University College, Norway, and a Bachelors of Science of Nautical Studies (Captain’s Degree).  His extensive knowledge and experience in the Offshore Energy Services domain is expected to enhance Jaya’s expertise, as the Group prepares to expand and diversify.

He has more than 17 years of extensive experience in offshore energy services, working with major oil and gas operators and brokers. He started his career as an officer onboard offshore vessels after completing his Captain’s Degree. Most recently, he was the Commercial Manager for Solstad Asia Pacific Ltd.
