Lack of Focus on Preventing Major Oil Disasters

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board said on Wednesday, Dec. 15, that the lack of a focus on preventing major accidents is emerging as a key issue for the oil industry.
