Incat Crowther Delivers Nordic Maritime's Workboat

Incat Crowther informed that the 30m Catamaran Workboat Nordic Barakuda built at Marine Diesel Services was successfully delivered. The Nordic Barakuda has been built on the expertise and experience Incat Crowther has demonstrated in previous vessels such as Unlimited, Limitless, Straight Shooter and Vejunas. This vast experience has resulted in one of the most capable and versatile vessels of its type and size. With seating for 60 day personnel, accommodation for an additional 10 overnight personnel and Nordic Barakuda’s 6 operational crew, the vessel will perform seismic and crew supply roles in South East Asia. Nordic Barakuda’s 70sqm aft deck, has a deck rating of 3t/m2 with multiple lashing points to support the transit of containers and other freight.

Incat Crowther announced that construction has commenced on a 28m Catamaran Utility Vessel. Under construction at Marine Diesel Services, the vessel will be delivered to Nordic Maritime. The new vessel will build on the expertise and experience Incat Crowther demonstrated by vessels such as Unlimited, Limitless, Straight Shooter and Vejunas, resulting in one of the most capable and versatile vessel of its type and size. Climate change is a global problem that requires real solutions. That's why the Government of Canada supports a proactive approach to achieve real environmental and economic benefits for all Canadians. The causes of climate change and its impacts on the environment and human health are now more understood. Canada is a vast country with a diverse climate, which makes the impacts of climate change all the more important. Mr. Elsborg started as an apprentice within marine diesel services with PJ Diesel Engineering A/S located in Denmark as second generation in the family owned company. Elsborg moved to Montreal, Canada in 2009. Throughout the more than 14 years Elsborg was working with PJ Diesel Engineering A/S, side by side with CEO Anne-Mette Elsborg and technical director Peter Jensen.
