Seacoast is Now Radio Holland USA

January 23, 2009

Radio Holland Group announced that as of Jan. 15 2009, the business of Seacoast Electronics and Radio Holland USA was fully merged into a single company.

Seacoast became part of the Radio Holland Group organization in 2007. Since then, the cooperation between Radio Holland USA and Seacoast has become intensive, synergies have been identified and applied, and now the time has come to fully team up and become one organization. Seacoast Electronics has begun trading as Radio Holland USA from the Jacksonville and Tampa offices, which now also carry the Radio Holland name. As a result the Seacoast name will cease to exist.

Mr. Art Thomas Sr. (President of Seacoast Electronics) joined the RH USA Management Team as Vice President Business Development and Mr. Adam Cole will assume the role of Regional Manager - Radio Holland Jacksonville.

Radio Holland is a member of the recently founded Imtech Marine Group. The portfolio includes (diesel electrical) propulsion, power generation and -distribution, platform automation, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), dynamic positioning, AV entertainment, electrical installations and integrated electronic nav/com systems.

Recently, a new Radio Holland service location has been established in the southern part of the United Kingdom, also providing service to the Trans-Atlantic trade.
