Lines, Ltd. today announced name changes for two of its major wholly owned subsidiaries: MM HOLDINGS (AMERICAS) INC. to MOL (AMERICAS) HOLDINGS, INC., effective July 7, 2016; and MITSUI O.S.K. BULK SHIPPING (ASIA OCEANIA) PTE. LTD. to MOL (ASIA OCEANIA) PTE. LTD., effective August 5, 2016. MOL (AMERICAS) HOLDINGS, INC. and MOL (ASIA OCEANIA) PTE. LTD. will strive to provide customers with high value-added services that demonstrate MOL’s comprehensive, group-wide strength in the Americas (North America, Central America and South America) and in Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania, respectively, while drawing upon over a century of accumulated experience and know-how. At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today, shareholders approved the name change of Sealift Ltd to Dockwise Ltd. This name change will take on July 31. The Dockwise Group of companies is an integrated heavy lift services providers. Following the recent combination with its parent company Sealift Ltd, the Dockwise Group of companies currently owns a fleet of 22 vessels, of which 17 are semi-submersible heavy transport vessels and the remaining 5 are due to be converted into semi-submersible heavy transport vessels.
