Jumbo Shipping Appoints Agent in Brazil

Dutch heavy lift shipping and offshore installation company Jumbo recently appointed Tecnoil Comercio e Representacoes Ltda as its agent in Brazil. Tecnoil has been active in the energy market since 1973. Together with Tecnoil, Jumbo aims to further strengthen its position in the Brazilian Oil & Gas market.
Erik Kleijn, Proposals and Contracts Manager, says: “Jumbo considers Brazil to be a growth market in heavy lift and offshore installation. Therefore it is important for Jumbo to work together with a local agency which understands and knows the Brazilian market. Tecnoil is such an agent.”
