According to a report from www.dailycomet.com, Quality Shipyard launched the 266-ft Cindy Brown Tide for Tidewater on Jan. 13. But the MV Cindy Brown Tide enters an uncertain climate for offshore shipbuilding as the oil-and-gas industry waits to see what new safety and environmental regulations emerge in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon spill.
