Thome to Support Singapore Maritime Week

Thome Group is giving its full support to Singapore Maritime Week with several senior executives speaking at key events during the packed programme.
 

Michael Elwert, Director of Group Strategy, HR & Support, will chair a session at the Sea Asia conference on Thurs April 23 to discuss Navigating Challenges: The Way Forward. He will also discuss 21st Century Ship Supply at the celebratory 60th annual Convention of the International Ship Suppliers and Services Association on April 26 and is a panel member at the 2nd Offshore Marine Crewing & Manning Conference on April 21 where he will debate Compensation, Welfare and Retention.
 
Phillip Chamberlain, Chief Operating Officer for Thome Offshore Management and Thome Oil & Gas will discuss market prospects and trends in vessel capabilities when he joins a panel discussion at the 7th Annual Offshore Support Vessels Conference on Monday 20 April.
 
Security matters will come into sharp focus when Thome’s Head of Group Security, Benny Low, moderates a panel discussion to examine Piracy and Sea Robbery at the ReCAAP ISC Piracy and Sea Robbery Conference 2015 on April 23.
 
In addition Thome Group, led by Group President Claes Eek Thorstensen and new Chief Executive Office Olav Magnus Nortun, will be attending a wide range of high profile events and functions.
