The American Triumph is American Seafoods most powerful at-sea processor. She also boasts the largest frozen hold capacity of any of their two-level processing vessels.

Parat Halvorsen AS has again signed a contract with the company American Seafoods Company in Seattle to deliver a new steamboiler, this time to their fabric trawler American Triumph. American Seafoods is well known company for its Alaskan Bearing sea operation, where also the trawler Triumph is normally operating.

The vertical steam boiler of Parat Pin Tube MPW type, will have a capacity of 6,000kgs/h and is chosen due to high capacity and small size. This boiler will also be equipped with a new rotary cup burner and auxiliary system, that is designed to both start and burn on 100% fish oil without heating, which will be a big advantage for the vessel.

The new boiler and fuel system auxiliaries will be delivered in January 2014 to the shipyard in Seattle where the installation will take place.

PARAT will also be present and assist in start-up and commissioning at site.
