TransVoyant, LLC, active in the logistics field, announce ObjectFX & Portal Dynamics would soon trade as 'TransVoyant'

“Last summer, we acquired several companies specializing in geospatial intelligence, logistics technology, and real-time risk decision-making,” stated Dennis Groseclose, President of TransVoyant.

“TransVoyant combines the proven technology and global logistics knowledge of Portal Dynamics and the unique qualities of ObjectFX geospatial and decision-support technology. Together, these businesses provide solutions that manage vast amounts of physically distributed data to deliver organized, visualized and predictive location-enabled analytical solutions.”

Founded by a team of government and commercial-industry veterans with deep technology experience and a track record of success in bringing new products to market, TransVoyant helps clients solve their most difficult challenges in global data intelligence environments through visionary and industry-leading solutions. These solutions are developed internally with a team of skilled and security-cleared technologists, as well as with Systems Integration partners, and enhanced through strategic acquisitions.

“We value and are grateful for the partnerships that we have with small businesses, leading global Systems Integrators and other innovators in geospatial technologies and real-time analytics. We will continue to invest to create advanced solutions to provide our commercial, defense, intelligence and public safety customers’ the best mission and business outcomes,” said Groseclose.

TransVoyant customers include multiple transportation and supply chain enterprises, the U.S. intelligence and military communities, leading Systems Integrators and Fortune 500 companies. These clients rely on the company’s solutions to manage vast amounts of location, technical, personnel and asset data in critical real-time environments.

TransVoyant will maintain all current ObjectFX and Portal Dynamics leadership and offices, including Minneapolis, MN; Tampa, FL; Johnstown, PA; Warren, MI; Anniston and Huntsville, AL; and remains headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. TransVoyant’s affiliate ObjectFX Corp. will remain responsible for exploring licensing opportunities for the patented technologies utilized by TransVoyant.
