Press Release
Tuesday, December 04, 2012

Mustang Survival will be hosting a special event at the International WorkBoat Show to showcase the newest additions to its comprehensive line of industrial flotation and climate protection solutions for commercial marine professionals.

Mustang Survival will host its event in booth #1544 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Thursday, December 6 from 3 – 5 pm. Mustang Survival will be showcasing its newest industrial marine products, including the market’s first and only USCG approved inflatable work vest, the MD3188, the complete Catalyst coat and bib pant suit, and the all new M.I.T 100 inflatable PFD.

Mustang Survival’s MD3188 is the first and only approved inflatable work vest on the market. Rated as the top PFD of choice by commercial fishermen that participated in studies conducted by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, the MD3188 is a lightweight, highly durable inflatable PFD made with abrasion resistant fabric and designed for maximum mobility with minimal heat burden.

Aside from the MD3188, Mustang Survival will also showcase the Catalyst flotation jacket and bib pant. Designed with the exclusive M-Tech Comfort System™, the Catalyst series are the only breathable and waterproof PFDs available on the market. The M.I.T. 100 inflatable PFD is the newest inflatable PFD designed with Membrane Inflatable Technology. Made for the lightest, most comfortable fit, its one fold repack and easy-to-see inflator window makes this brand new PFD easy to use and extremely comfortable to wear.

“Hosting a special event at the International WorkBoat show is the perfect venue for introducing the latest products to our industrial marine partners and customers,” comments Shannon Ward, Mustang Survival’s Director of Business Development for Recreation and Commercial Industrial markets, “From the industry-leading PFDs like the MD3188 and our Catalyst series to easy-to-use essentials such our mesh and vinyl dipped vests, we provide our customers with a complete spectrum of solutions.”

Attendees of the event and the WorkBoat Show are invited to win a MD3188 from Mustang Survival by submitting their ballot entries in booth #1544 during the event and throughout the show.
