Transocean Issues Financial Report

Transocean Ltd. issued a financial report today. The company's reported net income attributable to controlling interest is $155 million, or $0.48 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2011. The results compare to net income attributable to controlling interest of $715 million, or $2.22 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2010.
