Vietnam Police Arrest Vinashin Exec

According to a report from the Associated Press, state media say Vietnamese police have arrested a senior executive of the beleaguered state-owned shipbuilding company, Vinashin, as authorities widen their investigation into one of the country's biggest economic scandals.
