Central Components Manufacturing introduce recent line of waterproof circular connectors for a variety of cable assembly uses

Central Components Manufacturing is supporting manufacturers of marine applications with their recent line of waterproof circular connectors. The IP68 protection rating of the connectors enable protection against dust and complete and continuous submersion under water. These properties open the door for a wide variety of marine and outdoor applications.

Some of the products that CCM’s waterproof circular connectors make possible are GPS systems, outdoor media displays, marine vessels, medical equipment, broadcast equipment, CCD Cameras, automotive equipment, VHS Antennas, power distribution & switches and many more applications that require connectors and cables to be dustproof and waterproof.

CCM also offers complete custom cable assembly options for all of their waterproof connectors to open the possibility to virtually any industry.

The detachable mating ends allow Circular Waterproof Connectors to be completely customizable in the number of pins and male/female varieties. The connectors are also fire resistant to UL94V-0 standards and all of Central Component’s products are lead free and free of other hazardous substances as required by RoHs. This is important since many of these products involve outdoor applications.
