SHELL YEAH!
Paddling along the east coast of Nova Scotia - rugged, refreshing, rejuvenating and relentless pain in the butt.....literally. But, (excuse the pun) Mark wouldn't want to live without the good experiences of the past few days.
Mark Fuhrmann is on a one-year solo 10,500 km kayak tour through Canada and the USA. He is paddling for two charities, Doctors without Borders and Captains without Borders.
