NDM will be integrated into Palfinger Marine as a winches business unit, joining the company’s existing business units for marine cranes, offshore cranes, launch and recovery systems, as well as boats and wind cranes.
Norway-based NDM possesses a product portfolio within winches and handling equipment for both offshore vessels and oil rigs, backed by 25 years of operation. By integrating NDM’s product range into its portfolio, Palfinger Marine said it takes a step forward as a package supplier for deck equipment, with a product range that now includes offshore and marine cranes, launch and recovery systems, boats and deck winches.
Combining resources, technologies and global footprint, Palfinger Marine will open up new and existing opportunities for NDM, enabling further expansion into new markets and product developments in addition to providing better and more extensive service to customers, Palfiner said.
