Horizon Lines Closes Acquisition of Hawaii Stevedores

Horizon Lines, Inc. announced that it has closed the purchase of Hawaii Stevedores, Inc. (HSI).
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
HSI is one of only two stevedoring companies on Oahu with a customer base that spans a broad range of services including container stevedoring, roll-on roll-off operations, bulk cargo operations and passenger cruise lines support.
