Port Dolphin Energy Proposes Amendment

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued a notice stating that Port Dolphin Energy LLC is proposing an amendment to its application for a license to construct and operate a liquefied natural gas (LNG) deepwater port (DWP) in federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the vicinity of Tampa, Florida. The proposal would involve changing the route of the associated pipeline to connect into the two other nearby gas pipelines. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by February 19. 73 Fed.
