Anderson Software introduce a new Cloud-SaaS application that manages the 'Ins & Outs' of marina boat drystack use, plus other benefits

Anderson Software has unveiled a new software platform that changes the process marina operators use to communicate with their customers. The company has developed a Cloud-SaaS application that enables boat owners to conveniently schedule drystack launches, marina valet and concierge services, and boat repairs using any PC, tablet or Web-enabled smartphone.

"Our intuitive, real-time interface changes the way boaters communicate their service needs to the marina," states Todd Wagner, spokesperson for Anderson. "Marinas can present their goods and services to customers in ways they never imagined, resulting in increased revenues and higher profits."

The interface allows marina customers to log into a secure portal at boatcloud.com, where they reserve drystack launches from a real-time grid, much like a golfer books a tee time. The same convenience is offered to wet slip customers where valet, make-ready, and concierge services are offered.

With point-and-click selection from available dates and times, the customer selects additional goods and services from intuitive drop-down menus. This reduces phone time and improves customer satisfaction. The marina uses the same interface for in-house reservations, seamlessly integrating with those booked online.

Company CEO, Kevin Anderson, is an avid boater and drystack marina patron. Recognizing inefficiencies in current scheduling efforts, he crafted the vision for an "app" that would manage the "ins and outs" of marina storage.
