Noble Energy Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend

Noble Energy, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per common share, which represents an increase of nearly 29 percent from the prior 14 cents per common share quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on May 19, 2014, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on May 5, 2014.

Charles D. Davidson, Noble Energy's Chairman and CEO, commented, "Our Board of Directors has approved this increase as a vote of confidence in our asset portfolio and our multi-year outlook of growth in production and returns."
