Drew Marine Announces New Positions

Ashland Specialty Chemical Company's Drew Marine announced three changes in its marketing organization at its Boonton, N.J. headquarters. Vladmir Grigorov, project manager automated systems was promoted to business manager for Engineered Systems & Products. Steven Burak, product manager, Engineered Systems & Products, will assume the title of marketing manager for performance products, and John Wolf will become the technical manager for chemicals. Grigorov's group, Engineered Systems & Products, is the sector involved with automated water treatment and chemical application and control systems. His new responsibilities include managing systems associated with chemical solutions, technical development, and selecting of non-chemical products as well. Burak's group, performance products, encompasses water treatment and fuel treatment products. He will provide leadership in the marketing and growth plans for performance chemicals and associated equipment. Wolf's responsibilities include technical support of chemical products as well as providing leadership for initiatives in product stewardship. Wolf will continue to provide technical management for U.S. Military accounts, which was part of his former job. All three individuals will report to Nels Hendrickson, vice president of Drew Marine marketing. "These changes will give Drew Maurine the necessary experience and expertise to continue to grow and support our core business while providing support to an area of growth that the market is directing us into," says Hendrickson.
