Coast Guard Seeks NBSAC Membership Applications

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking applications for membership on the National Boating Safety Advisory Council (NBSAC). The Council advises the Coast Guard regarding regulations and other major boating safety matters. Applications should be submitted by September 9, 2003. 68 Fed. Reg. 34409
