Applications Requested for MSP Operating Agreement
The Maritime Administration issued a notice in the Federal Register requesting applications for one eligible vessel to fill one MSP Operating Agreement. The Federal Register notice requests applications by November 3, 2008.
Applicants who wish to apply for the available MSP Operating Agreement must complete an application package, which can be obtained from Peter E.
