G6 Alliance Enhances Asia-Europe Service

In response to market demand, members of the G6 Alliance today announced Asia–Europe service enhancements to improve product transit times and coverage.
 
Service Enhancements

 

 
The Loop 7 service will be extended to serve the Baltic market with the addition of a direct port call to Gdansk.
 
New port rotation: Qingdao – Shanghai (Yangshan) – Hong Kong – Yantian – Singapore – Rotterdam – Hamburg– Gdansk – Southampton – Singapore – Yantian – Qingdao
 
Effective voyage: Hong Kong Express HGX 011W27, ETA Qingdao 29 June 2015,
ETA Gdansk 10 August 2015
 

 
The Loop 4 service will be adjusted to serve the Port Said westbound call.
 
New port rotation: Ningbo – Shanghai (Yangshan) –Yantian – Singapore – Port Said –  Le Havre – Southampton – Hamburg – Rotterdam – Port Said – Jeddah – Singapore –  Hong Kong – Ningbo
 
Effective voyage: Shanghai Express HAI 011W27, ETA Ningbo 3 July 2015
 
The G6 Alliance offers a variety of services between Asia and Europe, Asia and North America as well as on the Transatlantic covering all major port pairs with weekly sailings.
 
The G6 Alliance members are: APL, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Orient Overseas Container Line.
