OSI Awarded $1.2M Contract with Royal Australian Navy

Offshore Systems International Ltd. has been awarded a $1.2 million contract to supply the Royal
Australian Navy with immediate delivery of OSI's most advanced electronic
warship navigation systems ('WECDIS'). This is a follow-on order to the
$8 million subcontract OSI signed with its teaming partner, Nautronix, in
March 2004 when OSI became fleet supplier to the Royal Australian Navy for
electronic chart navigation systems.
