Maritime Training Institute announces Online learning programs for the busy marine professional. Maritime Training Institute announces the first in a series of classes for the maritime worker. Online Security Training Awareness class is now available via the internet. This 8-hour program is for both shore personnel, and crews for complaisance with both ISPS / MTSA on-going training requirements. The course allows students to sign on anywhere in the world and complete the course, after demonstrating an understanding of the basic precepts of maritime security, a certificate will be awarded. The program is not designed to provide SSO/PFSO or CSO requirements; rather it will serve to maintain currency in accordance with flag state requirements.
